WHEN WE INITIATED THE BEAUTIFUL PORN STAR INTERVIEWS IN DECEMBER 2005, WE HAD NO IDEA IT WOULD BE SO SUCCESSFUL. WE MET A LOT OF INTERNATIONAL PORN ACTORS, WHO ALL PASSED IN OUR SPOTLIGHT AND SEVERAL ARE STILL TO FOLLOW. BUT NOT MANY TIMES DID WE MEET A MAN AS SEXY, FUNNY, CHARMING AND INTERESTING AS FRED FAURTIN.

All though active in the porn business for several years already, the name Fred Faurtin might not immediately ring a bell. One wonders why, because Fred certainly earned his stripes in the industry and is even the current figurehead of German porn giant Cazzo. Fact is that Fred is a most modest kind of guy. Down to earth, sympathetic with a good sense of humor and definitely a man without diva attitude. On top of that, Fred has all the right attributes it takes to make it in porn. He is masculine, has well muscled body that is developed in all the right measures at all the right places, a natural sexy look and oh man, that killer smile…. So for those who never heard of Fred Faurtin before, that is sure to change after reading his interview here on BeautifulMag. Fred, welcome to BeautifulMag. For those who do not yet know you, can you please introduce yourself?
Fred: Well, my name is Fred Faurtin. I was born 36 years ago in Le Mans, France, but have lived for a long time in Paris, with an interruption of 3 years, in which I lived in Perpignan. Some facts: I have green eyes, brown hair that I keep very short, weight 69kg (152lb) and am 1,78 (5,90ft) tall, including 20cm (8inch) uncut ☺. I am also happily together with my partner for 14 years (the first one and the right one!), work in the porn business for 5 years and have been an interior landscape artist for 15 years. I stopped that work about 6 months ago because I needed more time for myself.
From interior landscape artist to gay male porn actor…it seems a big step?Fred: It is and it isn’t. It both involves some sculpting and trimming and is very physical as you can imagine – lol.

You started with Cazzo Film. Was this a conscious choice?

Fred: More or less yes. In fact, my boyfriend and I have always liked porn and Cazzo is one of our favorites. Five years ago, he surprised me by sending in an application under my name. Surprisingly Cazzo reacted immediately, and one thing lead to another. A nice detail is that the very first film I did with Cazzo, I did with my partner. The concept was actually to do a partner casting scene. Apparently the footage Cazzo made turned out to me so hot that they decided to do a scene for a film of these sessions - Berlin Private 3.

Wow, so it was your partner who put you on the path of stardom. That seems quite unusual. What is it that attracts you in the Cazzo style?

Fred: Cazzo is a company that works with a good organization. They film according to a planning and storyline. Lots of time, with American studios, you film a scene which will be included in a film that is going to be produced between 6 months and 2 years later! Cazzo organizes the complete shooting at once. This is also why they are able to create some storylines in their productions, which makes it a bit more interesting as well. And besides all that, the guys are really hot.

What about Raging Stallion. We have spotted you there as well.

Fred: I got hired by Raging Stallion in a more or less similar way as it happened with Cazzo. In this case I was in San Francisco spending time with Tom, a good friend of mine. He proposed to me to visit another mutual friend, François Sagat, who worked for Raging Stallion at that time, who in his turn invited me to visit the set. Once there I ran into the boyfriend of Chris Ward, the Raging Stallion producer, who happened to be a huge Cazzo fan and recognized me from my work. Needless to say, it didn’t take long before I moved from the sideline in front of the camera. I think Raging Stallion is a good equivalent to Cazzo and I really like the guys.

So tell us, what does the ideal man look like according to Fred Faurtin…

Fred: I don’t care if they are short or tall. I do like muscles and masculinity. I believe imperfection to be extremely sexy. I have to confess I’m a sucker for deviated ears and curved cocks – ha ha ha. Natural guys with a sex attitude, that’s what turns me on. If I have to name an example, Christoph Scharff comes to mind.
